What the picture and the chart convey are a favorable phenomenon thateven more people now increasingly pay close attention to doing exercise,which is vital to a society. The following factors,from my perspective,mightillustrate this theme.First and foremost, doing exercise is beneficialto physical health and it can help reduce obesity and lower fat content bypromoting blood circulation.This is

In summary, active nationwide involvement in physical exercise bringsdual benefits of physical and mental wellness. The government should strengthen promotion and encouragement to help citizens develop goodexercise habits and routines.
