The message behind this picture is quite clear,that is,the Chinese are enhancing their communication with the world in terms of culture.International Festival,for instance,provides a sufficient platform for overseas students to demonstrate unique forms of art from their own countries.Accordingly,Chinese students also obtain a great chance to appreciate exotic aesthetics.It is not only an event of showing and watching,it is more an interactive process in which all people have the same opportunity to seek friendship and knowledge.
