在中国农业银行校园招聘考试中，除了重点考察英语、EPI、综合能力测试以外，在机考的开头或会结尾还考察了性格测试：考察内容一般为Saville ConsultingWave;Saville ConsultingWave(个性和职场行为风格测评)是由世界著名的测评内容提供商Saville Consulting UK Ltd.研发的个性测评产品，可全方面评估个体在性格、才能、动机、胜任力特征和企业文化及环境适应五个方面的特征和倾向，从而预测个体的职场行为风格。

需要注意的是：性格测试部分一般不算分，但是会提交每个人的性格测试报告给招聘单位，供招聘单位参考。
