　　走进幽暗的树林里，

　　人们在心头感到寒冷，

　　亲爱的，在心头你也感到寒冷吗，

　　当你在我的怀里，

　　而我们的唇又粘着的时候?

　　不要微笑，亲爱的，

　　啼泣一些是温柔的，

　　啼泣吧，亲爱的，啼泣在我底膝上，

　　在我底胸头，在我底颈边：

　　啼泣不是一个短促的欢乐。

　　“追随我到世界的尽头，”

　　你固执地这样说着吗?

　　你在戏谑吧!你去追平原的天风吧!

　　我呢，我是比天风更轻，更轻，

　　是你永远追随不到的。

　　哦，不要请求我的无用心了!

　　你到山上去觅珊瑚吧，

　　你到海底去觅花枝吧;

　　什么是我们的好时光的纪念吗?

　　在这里，亲爱的，在这里，

　　这沉哀的，这绛色的沉哀。

　　Walking into the gloomy wood

　　One feels a sudden chill at heart.

　　Dear, do you feel chill at heart

　　Enfolded in my arms

　　When our lips meet?

　　Dear, do not smile,

　　To weep a little is proof of tenderness.

　　Weep, dear, weep upon my knees,

　　On my shoulder, on my breast:

　　To weep is so unlike brief happiness.

　　“Follow you to the world’s end.

　　Do you persist in saying so?

　　Perhaps you’re joking! Go chase the heavenly wind across the plain.

　　I’m lighter and lither than the heavenly wind:

　　You will never overtake me.

　　Ah, crave no more this useless heart of mine!

　　Go search for trees of coral in the mountain

　　And flowers in the sea.

　　“Where is the keepsake of our happy days?”

　　Here, sweet, here:

　　The poignant sorrow, sorrow brown of hue.
