　　8.advantageous，beneficial, profitable 都是形容词，都可接介词to. 指“有利的、有益的”，指有助产生和保持相对优势或有利条件的。

　　You'll find it advantageous to learn Spanish before visiting South America. 访问南美之前，学习西班牙语是有利的。

　　The enemy were in an advantageous position on the hill. 敌人占据山上的有利地形。

　　beneficial：“有益处的、有帮助的” 指有益健康或福利、幸福的。常用beneficial to sth.

　　Fresh air and good food are beneficial to the health. “新鲜空气和优良食物有益健康。

　　It is self-evident that the government programs will be beneficial to the poor. 不言而喻，政府的计划将会有益于穷人。”

　　profitable：“赚钱的、获利的、有益的”，指在物质或精神方面可获得好处的，但主要是指在金钱方面，意为 “可带来利益的”。
