Circumstances seem to be designed to bring out the best in us and if we feel that we have been “wronged” then we are unlikely to begin a conscious effort to escape from our situation.
词汇
Circumstance [ˈsɜːrkəmstæns]
conscious [ˈkɑːnʃəs]
adj.
Circumstances seem to be designed to bringout the best in us。第二个分句是：if we feelthat we have been “wronged” then we areunlikely to begin a conscious effort to escapefrom our situation。 其中，we feel that 后又接了一个宾语从句 we have been“wronged”。第二个分句的主句是：we areunlikely to begin a conscious effort to escapefrom our situation。
